High-Performance Automotive Technician

Position Overview
Are you obsessed with horsepower, precision tuning, and building track-dominating machines? WIKD Motorsports, the elite performance brand known for pushing the limits of the Chevy LT engine platform, is expanding. We’re looking for a skilled Auto Technician who lives and breathes modern GM performance - someone ready to build monsters packages for Corvettes, Camaros, and Cadillac CT5-Vs, and take them through the full evolution of our WIKD Stage I to Stage IV builds - all the way up to our legendary WIKD Signature Package.
The Job
- Install and tune superchargers, cam kits, fuel systems, exhausts, and other performance mods on LT-powered platforms.
- Execute complete engine builds and upgrades with high attention to detail and reliability.
- Work with our proprietary WIKD performance packages and help evolve the next generation of high-horsepower builds.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and finesse vehicles that are pushed to the edge.
- Maintain professional-level shop standards, timelines, and safety.
Your Skillset
- 3+ years’ experience with Chevrolet performance LT4 and LT2 platforms.
- Proven skill in installing superchargers, heads/cam packages, and supporting mods.
- Strong knowledge of Corvette (C7/C8), Camaro ZL1, and Cadillac CT5-V Blackwing platforms.
- Engine Building.
- Obsessed with perfection — you don’t cut corners.
- You’ve worked with Holley EFI, HP Tuners, or are comfortable around dyno tuning environments.

Compensation, Schedule & Benefits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.
